Preparing for Module 2
Look at your Perception Map. Pick the one perception type that feels most critical to your domain, the one where a specialist would produce dramatically better results than a generalist.
Now ask yourself: if that perceiver were a person, not an AI, a person, what kind of person would they be? What would their background be? What would they value? What would they notice first when they walked into a room? What would they find unacceptable? How would they approach a problem they’d never seen before?
That person is the seed of your first agent identity. You’ll design it in Module 2.
